Every week I say to myself this is the week you are going to add in a Wednesday morning run. I am currently on a role with 2 consecutive weeks. They say it takes x weeks to develop a routine. If you are in the same boat/rut please join me at the store for a quick run / walk or whatever.

We will meet at the store at 7:45 (Happy to store any personal items in the store while out). We will start with a group dynamic warm up together then we will all leave at our own paces and run/walk 15 minutes then turn around and come back. A quick 30 minutes. We will be back at the store at 8:30 to go about our day! My hope is to increase the duration over the coming weeks. MASKS Required!
