Ride Opened for intermediate and expert levels!

We will offer 3 levels of rides, all meeting at the same time and then splitting into ride level.

Beginner: Afraid of using bike lanes, getting comfortable in groups etc

Intermediate: Can ride for a bit of exercise and looking for friends to ride with and learning from ride leaders. 10-15 miles.

Expert: Take a ride on a route we designed for you, but with no ride leader - bring your own friends or meet up with others! 30-50 miles.

Before the ride starts we will go over the basics of ride safety and other important information, and split everyone into the group level you choose.

Things you will need:

• Road Bike

• Helmet

• Flat repair kit

• Phone & ID

• Credit card or cash for coffee, etc

• Water Bottles

While not required, we recommend wearing clipless shoes, a cycling jersey, and padded shorts
