We will meet at the store at 7:00 (Happy to store any personal items in the store while out). We will start with a group dynamic warm-up together then we will all leave at our own paces to run/walk for 15 minutes before turning around to come back.

This is our fastest (and funnest??!!) level of group ride. Our mechanic & aspiring pro-triathlete, Fiona, will lead this ride. It’s 30-50 miles, at 16-18mph pace.
