Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your ride. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — here’s how.


Parts & Accessories

Parts and accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging and tags are intact

  • You have your receipt or proof of purchase


After 30 days, all parts and accessories sales are final.


Stocked Bikes

Bikes we carry in the shop may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided the bike is returned in like-new condition. That means:

  • No significant wear, scratches, or damage

  • All original components included

  • Receipt or proof of purchase in hand


We take care to make sure you’re matched with the right bike before you roll out the door. We’re always happy to help you find a better fit.


Special Order Bikes

Special order bikes are ordered specifically for you, so we’re unable to offer a cash refund. However, if something isn’t working out, we’ll gladly issue store credit within 30 days of pickup. Store credit never expires and can be used on anything in the shop.


Non-Stocking Bikes

Non-stocking bikes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have questions about whether a bike falls into this category, just ask us before you buy — we’d rather you know upfront.


Helmets & Final Sale Items

For safety reasons, all helmet sales are final. Once a helmet leaves the shop, we cannot resell it — even if it has never been worn.


The following items are also final sale:

  • Helmets of any kind

  • Special ordered items

  • Items marked as clearance or final sale at time of purchase


Defective Items & Warranty

BFF Bikes stands behind everything we sell. If a product turns out to be defective or fails under normal use, we will work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement, repair, or facilitating a manufacturer warranty claim. Please bring defective items back to the shop as soon as possible. Warranty timelines vary by brand and product, and we will be upfront with you about what is covered.


Labor & Service

All labor and service charges are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with a repair, please come back in and talk to us — we take our work seriously and want to make sure your bike is running the way it should.


How to Make a Return

All returns are handled in-store. Just bring your item and your receipt and we will take care of the rest.
