Service Fees

Our service fees are based on the type of repair or maintenance required. Generally, they are either Mechanical or Electronic. Below is a general overview of our mechanical and electronic fee structure. Please note that these are estimates, and a final quote will be provided after an assessment of your e-mobility vehicle.

Mechanical Service Type
Our general mechanical services for e-bikes are priced higher than non-bikes due to the additional resources required such as: special repair stands, specialty tools, additional insurance, additional safety equipment; overall additional risk; and specialty training of our mechanics (this includes keeping up with the many brands out there. Electronic Service Type

Estimated Fee

A diagnostic Fee of $85 is required for electronic and battery service. Payable at time of drop off. Non-refundable.

Electronics/Battery Service

A quote will be given to you for approval outlining the parts required and additional services needed. You may either approve or decline the quote. If approved, parts will be obtained to perform the service and you will be required to pay the balance at the time of pick-up. If you decline additional service, you will be required to pick up the e-bike/e-scooter within three days. If after three days you have not picked up your e-bike or e-scooter, you will be charged a $20/day storage fee for up to a week after that they will be disposed of properly.

Other Surcharges

E-moto Seat Surcharge $50

Required if your e-bike does not have a seat post that we can mount it in a service stand. This is common with motorcycle style seats. Requires additional staff and resources.

Wired Wheel Surcharge $25

Required if your e-bike or e-scooter has a wheel that we cannot disconnect when replacing the tire or tube. Requires additional staff and resources.

Non-UL Battery or Non-Removable Battery Surcharge $20

Required if your e-bike or e-scooter has a non-UL certified battery or if the battery is not removable.

Important Reminders

To ensure the best possible service, please keep the following in mind when bringing in your e-bike :

Key or Password: You will need to bring your key or any necessary passwords required to access your e-mobility vehicle's system. This is crucial for diagnostics and repairs.
Battery: Depending on the service required, you may be asked to take your battery with you after dropping off your e-mobility vehicle. This helps us ensure the safety and proper handling of your battery.
Waiver Signature: You will be required to sign a waiver at the time of drop off, outlining the policies and your responsibilities. An adult is required to sign this waiver. Children will be refused service.

If you do not provide the key/password or cannot take the battery with you, you will be required to return at another time with the e-bike with the key/password and battery removed.
