Planned & led by certified coaches, these sessions are fun, challenging & motivational for cyclists of all levels! Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced cyclist, we’ll meet you where you’re at so everyone will get something out of this class.

MONDAY EVENING INTERVAL TRAINING
Join us on Monday evenings for high-intensity interval training with your bike in a trainer for a fun and challenging workout! Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled class to allow for time to set up your bike.
