Just a reminder. We are trying out some new hours for a couple of months. We will be closing at 6pm most days except Tuesday we are still closed and Sunday we close at 4pm.⁠

Join us this Wednesday for our monthly 5k time trial. If you are just starting your training or are a few weeks in this is a good opportunity to see where your running is at. Once you get a benchmark you can work on improving your time and fitness!

Such another great beginner/intermediate ride today! Last time we went south this time we went north (survived the zoo run) a fun stop @metropoliscoffeeco then back via the river! Checked out the river band stage also!

We will meet at the store at 7:00 (Happy to store any personal items in the store while out). We will start with a group dynamic warm-up together then we will all leave at our own paces to run/walk for 15 minutes before turning around to come back.

At this monthly after-hours event, we’ll be hosting folks to chat about THE BIKE, ask each other all our triathlon questions, and meet other triathletes! This month we will be discussing the bikes, gears, pedals, shifting, chamois and chamois butt’r! So join us for some snacks and beverages to talk about our favorite topic!
