Bring a yoga mat (or thicker), and get ready to move with cyclist and Pilates instructor, Eileen Foust. She will be teaching a Pilates sequence that will help you address the over-worked and under-developed muscles that come with cycling. Some of the areas we'll target include shoulders, neck, wrists, and hamstrings.
This clinic is ideal for all levels of cyclists and no Pilates experience is required. Handouts will be provided to start an at-home practice.
