Training with a group is way more fun and effective than training alone in your living room. That’s why the BFFs are going to start hosting Brick Training Sessions this Spring/Summer!
Much like our winter training program, these sessions are planned & led by 4star Endurance (USAT certified). We designed these sessions to be fun, challenging & motivational for triathletes of all levels!
Tuesday EVENING TRAINING
Meet inside the shop for one hour of heart-rate-based training with your bike on a trainer (you provide the bike, the BFFs will provide the trainer). Afterward, we will do a time-based run so that everyone can go at their own pace and still finish at the same time. Runs will progressively build up from 10 minutes up to 30 as the season goes on.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up your bike.
