Join our Running Club during Chicago Bike Week to get a little cross-training into your schedule!
We started this club because Gillian found herself not getting her Wednesday run in, and she figured if it was on BFF’s calendar she had to show up! Since we started it in May our little club has grown and we couldn’t be happier. We are very CHILL! Sometimes we run 30 minutes straight sometimes we do 5 minute run 2 minute walk. Whatever your pace you will fit in I promise!
We will meet at the store at 7:00 (Happy to store any personal items in the store while out). We will start with a group dynamic warm up together then we will all leave at our own paces and run/walk 15 minutes then turn around and come back.
No RSVP required, just show up at the shop ready to run!
