Training with a group is way more fun and effective than training alone in your living room. That’s why the BFFs are bringing back our training program for the 22/23 cold season!
Planned & led by level 1 Olympic Certified Coaches, these sessions are fun, challenging & motivational for cyclists of all levels! Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced cyclist, we’ll meet you where you’re at so everyone will get something out of this class:) Gear storage and individual coaching are included in all our class packages.
Sunday Morning Ride + Movie
Join us on Sunday mornings for a casual ride with your bike in a trainer for a fun weekend workout! Spin at your own pace while we put on a movie to watch together. Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled class to allow for time to set up your bike.
