Join our Running Club and get a little exercise into your schedule!

I started this club because I found myself not getting my Wednesday run in, I figured if it was on BFF’s calendar I had to show up! Since we started it in May our little club has grown and we couldn’t be happier. We are very CHILL! Sometimes we run 30 minutes straight sometimes we do 5 minute run 2 minute walk. Whatever your pace you will fit in I promise!

We will meet at the store at 7:45 (Happy to store any personal items in the store while out). We will start with a group dynamic warm up together then we will all leave at our own paces and run/walk 15 minutes then turn around and come back. A quick 30 minutes. We will be back at the store at 8:30 to go about our day!

No RSVP required, just show up at the shop ready to run!
