Setting goals can make the difference between success and wandering aimlessly in life and in your cycling. If you are new to cycling, you may not even know what goals you should be considering. Join Randy and BFF as we discuss the elements of goal setting including what makes a good goal and how to achieve the goals that you set. We will explore possible goals for someone new to cycling and talk about how to map out your journey to meet these goals.
