This class will cover how you can use power to improve your cycling performance. Training with power is a good way to measure how much you are improving and how strong you are getting on the bike. You can’t improve what you don’t measure!

After our discussion we will do a quick introduction to our indoor classes and how they work. Bring your own bike for this!
