Join us on Sunday mornings for a casual ride with your bike in a trainer for a fun weekend workout! Spin at your own pace while we put on a movie to watch together. Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled class to allow for time to set up your bike.

We will meet at the store at 7:00 (Happy to store any personal items in the store while out). We will start with a group dynamic warm-up together then we will all leave at our own paces to run/walk for 15 minutes before turning around to come back.
