Designed BY BFF BIKES OWNER, COACH, AND former RACER ANNIE BYRNE, THE 12-WEEK PROGRAM FOLLOWS THE PROVEN PERIODIZED TRAINING METHOD. EACH WEEK THE INTENSITY OF THE WORKOUTS INCREASES, TAKING YOUR FITNESS TO THE MAX!

The Basics

Classes begin december 7 and go through february 29.

Classes are held twice a week:

Wednesday 6:30PM-8:00PM
Saturday 8:30AM-10:00AM

Training with a group on a regular schedule is way more fun and effective than training alone in your living room all winter long. If you are new to cycling or a seasoned racer, this program can help you reach the next level.

Having a structured winter training program that builds in intensity over time will help you reach a new level of fitness and be stronger than ever. The workouts also include skill specific exercises to ensure you are a well rounded cyclist.

Required Equipment

  • Road Bike

  • Stationary trainer

  • Trainer skewer

  • Water Bottle

Nice to Have Equipment

  • Chamois or Bike Shorts

  • Clipless Pedals

  • Heart rate monitor and cycling computer

Lisa started her cycling life like a lot of people, commuting and casual longer rides. She thought she’d never race. Oh how times have changed :)

She still commutes and goes bike camping and does some casual rides (when her coach insists), but turns out, she LOVES racing. She is a competitive category 3 racer on the road and track and also rides cyclocross courses. She’s also a leader of the BFF Bikes Racing team and loves to help new racers find their footing and go fast!
