This clinic is for all of you who are considering doing your first triathlon or going for a better time or longer distance than you have before. Coach Chris Navin — level II USAT coach and founder of 4 star endurance — will go over all the basics of triathlon, from training to equipment to what to expect on race day.  No matter your level of experience, we'll have something new for you to learn at this clinic:)

PLUS, we’ll have raffle prizes including an entry into the Lakeshore sport and fitness indoor triathlon in April!  Come prepared to learn from the best in the business.  Light refreshments will be served to make for a fun and informative evening. Bring yourself and a friend!

We will also be taking Garmin orders with a team discount and demo’ing new FORM goggles!
